Here is Appeal Template if your YouTube video got flag or your YouTube Channel has been suspended because of Community Guidelines.

I can't access my  YouTube account because someone flags my following video that's against Community Guidelines

But if you watch this video its not against any Community Guidelines. It does not contain nudity, pornography, or other sexually provocative content.

Dear YouTube Team I worked hard for my channel, it has (write how many subscribers you have) plus subscribers. People were watching and liking my videos.

So please it is requested that  reviews my video and reinstates my channel
